FAQs
Vendyl is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers with verified suppliers and manufacturers across multiple industries. We make it easier to discover vendors, compare offerings, and place wholesale or custom manufacturing orders in one streamlined platform.
Vendyl is built for:
- Brands and businesses sourcing products or manufacturing partners
- Wholesalers, manufacturers, and suppliers looking to reach global buyers
Whether you’re launching a new product or scaling production, Vendyl simplifies the sourcing process.
To start selling, create a vendor account and complete your business profile. Once approved, you can list products or services, set MOQs, pricing tiers, lead times, and start receiving enquiries or orders from buyers.
Vendyl operates on a simple commission-based model. There are no upfront listing fees, and commissions start from a low percentage per successful transaction. Early vendors may be eligible for promotional pricing or free subscription periods.
Payments are securely processed through the platform. Once an order is completed and confirmed, payouts are released to the vendor according to the agreed payment schedule. Full payout details are available in your vendor dashboard.
Browse vendors or products, review MOQs and pricing, and submit an order or enquiry directly through Vendyl. You can communicate with vendors, confirm specifications, and manage the order lifecycle from your dashboard.
MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) and lead times are set by each vendor. These details are displayed clearly on product and vendor pages so buyers can make informed sourcing decisions before ordering.
Vendyl promotes transparency and quality by requiring vendors to provide detailed product information, certifications, and business credentials where applicable. Buyers are encouraged to review vendor profiles carefully before placing orders.
All vendors go through a basic verification process to ensure they are legitimate businesses. Additional verification badges may be displayed on vendor profiles as Vendyl expands its trust and compliance programs.
Vendyl provides a structured dispute resolution process. In the event of an issue, buyers and vendors can raise a dispute through the platform, and our team will assist in facilitating a fair resolution based on the agreed terms.
Vendyl Standardization is our framework for presenting product and vendor information in a consistent, comparable format. This helps buyers easily assess MOQs, pricing tiers, lead times, and specifications across different vendors.
Vendors can optimise their page by:
- Adding clear product images and descriptions
- Setting accurate MOQs and lead times
- Providing certifications and business details
- Keeping pricing and availability up to date
A complete profile improves visibility and buyer trust.
